The breakfast pack for our early tour was a thoughtful touch, and the spacious family room was perfect for our group. The cozy courtyard was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

Hot water delivery at all hours and plenty of blankets to keep warm during chilly nights stood out during my stay. The courtyard and indoor sitting areas provided a cozy space to unwind.
Noise levels were troublesome, especially from the kitchen starting at 3 AM, disrupting sleep quality. The room was smaller than expected and the bathroom showed signs of mould, with a notably musty smell due to poor ventilation. Additionally, I encountered a lack of hot water one early morning, right when it was needed before a tour.

wow, i expected a lovely stay but was disappointed. my room was tiny with an odd sink position, trying to reach it was a challenge. and with the hot water taking forever, i nearly froze. i really thought by now, they’d offer returning guests at least a complimentary upgrade but nope, just an average experience. almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

Great for families looking for comfort
The breakfast was really great, tons of options. The staff helped me when I needed something, even gave me a warm blanket to wrap up in while I waited for my room.
It was a bit pricey but still tolerable.
